Orders ship from Texas within two business days.
Shipping
Orders ship within two business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves. US shipping only at launch.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Opened products are not returnable for safety reasons. Contact us first and we'll send instructions.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions ship every 30 days and can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account before the next shipment is processed.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo and your order number through the contact page and we'll replace it.
